First off, the location was a key highlight for me. It was super convenient, just a quick drive to reach the city center. I found the staff to be really friendly and welcoming too, which added to the positive vibe. I was happy with how clean and spacious the room was. Lots of storage space and having a dining table was a nice touch. It made it easy to grab meals and just hang out after a long day. The kitchen was well-equipped with cutlery, bowls, and even a microwave. I was pleased to find an electric kettle for my morning tea, but a toaster would have been nice too. I ran into a couple of hiccups. The air conditioning only worked in the lounge area which was a bit of a letdown since the bedrooms got pretty warm at night. I really wished there were ceiling fans or at least a way to let some cool breeze in before checking in. It would’ve made it feel more comfortable. The shower was another aspect that seemed to need some attention. I have to say, the shower head was on the smaller side, and the pressure wasn’t impressive. Plus, the temperature fluctuated when mixing hot and cold water, which was a bit annoying. I found old mold in the shower, and some cleanliness issues that made me cringe. The toilet had some stains too, which just doesn’t feel welcoming. The sofa was kinda stiff and not the best place for lounging, but it worked for a quick sit-down. I could hear water running from the showers in other units, which wasn’t great for trying to relax. I also had a mini mishap with the pillows—one of them had what looked like old blood spots on it. That made me a little squeamish, I’ll admit. But here’s where I found myself really frustrated: I arrived after a long drive and there was only one tiny milk sample in the fridge! I couldn’t even make a decent cup of tea for both of us. After unpacking, I had to dash out to grab milk, which was a hassle since I needed to leave someone inside who’s not very mobile. Lastly, while I appreciated having a flat-screen TV in the room, I wish the furniture wasn’t so dated. And can we talk about the tight parking spaces? If you’ve got a four-wheel drive, be prepared to squeeze in—it’s a bit of a circus trying to park! It had its ups and downs for sure, but there were definitely enjoyable bits amidst the frustrations.

The staff was great, so I would stay here again. Everything was great from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and neat room. The free parking was on-site, fantastic service. Relaxed by the pool, it was clean, especially when the weather was warm.

We had a large bedroom. The location was unbeatable close to the center.

Some people working there were not very friendly.

Had a ripper time exploring nearby joints like the Vintage Cafe - their oysters are a must-try! The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were absolute legends, super friendly and helpful.

Though the aircon was a bit dodge and we roasted in the bedrooms, the vibe still shone through. A sticky spot here and there didn't dim the experience.

This venue is wonderful, conveniently situated near the town center, shops, parks, and a charming garden out back.

Spacious apartments with comfortable beds and multiple TVs. Clean facilities and helpful staff. Conveniently located near a bakery and a grocery store. Great option for hospital visits. Early check-in was accommodated easily. 🛏️.

The rooms are spacious, tidy, and come with a spa bath, making it a place I would love to return to as it met all my needs.

The room was a great value and had a hairdryer, toiletries, and bath sheets included.

villa nova motel is super clean and well-located. it’s easy to hit the town if you don’t mind a short walk. the staff are really friendly and helpful - especially at the front desk. you’ll love the cute nearby chinese restaurant too!

The one-night stay here was incredibly relaxing and fine, with a private bathroom, and the staff members were all amazing and fabulous.
